Sportsmanship, Leadership, and Character are the main focus of Hortonville Football Club (HFC) and Hortonville Area School District (HASD).

All coaches, parents, fans, and players must consistently act as role models for those around them. There is no place for bad examples within our program.

Our players character development is simply too important.

By registering for our programs or attending any of our events, all agree to be positive influences to all around them: whether at our events or in public.

Booing, taunting, arguing, swearing, being disrespectful, threatening, questioning or showing up officials, or otherwise tarnishing one’s  own, HASD's, or HFS's reputation through negative words or actions will result in removal from our activities and may result in individual or family suspension or expulsion from our program per our Code of Conduct. 

We will strive to build each other up in all our words and actions!

All players will fundraise (12 cards @ $20 each) to receive a personalized jersey for the  Season.

Please be sure to include the proper spelling of the player's last name and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice of jersey number.  Numbers will be assigned on a first come first serve basis and as approved by the player's coach. 

All players will be properly fitted for a 5 Star rated Xenith X2E+ Helmet or available equivalent.  This helmet is the industry leader in football helmet technology. 

KEEP YOUR HELMET OPTION

For an additional $250 your player can keep their helmet either as a souvenir, or for use next season.

This is 100% optional and not required, but helps HFC and HASD offset the cost of equipment.

• Submit total fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.

3 PAYMENT PLAN:  

• Fees are divided into 3 installments with the first installment to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. The remaining balance will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on April 1 and May 1. 

• If you wish to use a different account to pay the balance, please log in to your SportsEngine account BEFORE the first day of payment to update  your account information.

Scholarship Application:

• We believe every child who wants to play 6th -8th grade football should have the opportunity regardless of an individual's ability to pay. For this reason we have created a scholarship application process for those who need it.  

• Please follow the application link below if your participant is in need.

​​​​NO REGISTATION FEE TO PARTICIPATE!

• There will be no registration fee for 7th and 8th grade, though families will be asked to participate in fundraising and volunteer activities.

• Fundraising will consist of selling twelve (12) cards at $20 each.

• Volunteering will consist of a couple hours of volunteer service per participant.

• While we believe volunteer participation and fundraising is important to culture building, we know for some families this creates hardship and we do not want anyone turned away.

• If there are hardships, please reach out and all reasonable accommodations will be made to ensure everyone has a successful season.
