Hortonville Football

Sportsmanship, Leadership, and Character are the main focus of Hortonville Football Club. All coaches, parents, fans, and players must consistently act as role models for those around them. There is no place for bad examples within our program.

Our players character development is simply too important.

By registering for HFC or attending any of our events, all agree to be positive influences to all around them: whether at our events or in public.

Booing, taunting, arguing, swearing, being disrespectful, threatening, questioning or showing up officials, or otherwise tarnishing one’s  own or Hortonville Football Club’s reputation through negative words or actions will result in removal from HFC activities and may result in individual or family suspension or expulsion from our program.

We will strive to build each other up in all our words and actions!

All players will receive a personalized jersey for the  Season. Please be sure to include the proper spelling of the player's last name and 1st and 2nd choice of jersey number.  Numbers will be assigned on a first come first serve basis and as approved by the player's coach. 

All players will be properly fitted for a 5 Star rated Xenith X2E+ Helmet.  This helmet is the industry leader in football helmet technology. 

KEEP YOUR HELMET OPTION

For an additional $150 your player can keep their helmet either as a souvenir, or for use next season.

This is 100% optional and not required, but helps HFC offset the cost of equipment.

3 PAYMENT PLAN:  

• Fees are divided into 3 installments with the first installment to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. The remaining balance will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on April 1 and May 1. 

• If you wish to use a different account to pay the balance, please log in to your SportsEngine account BEFORE the first day of payment to update  your account information.

Scholarship Application:

• HFC believes every child who wants to play 6th -8th grade football should have the opportunity regardless of an individual's ability to pay. For this reason HFC has created a scholarship application process for those who need it.
